How to Measure
Please see the step-by-step How to Measure video above. Measure the length around the back of your ankle to the furthest edge of your topmost sandal strap. Add the measurement of the width of each side of the topmost sandal strap. Then add three inches for slack. Round up to the nearest available GhrooV Strappie length. We have four lengths - 12 inches, 15 inches, 18 inches and 21 inches.
How to Apply
Please see the step-by-step How to Apply video above. Loop the ends of the GhroovStrappies clear straps through your sandal straps. Pull snug around the ankle. Remove the white liners and adhere back onto the elastic strap. Press firmly with fingers and thumb to secure the adhesive bonding to the elastic strap to hold in place. *do not adhere directly onto your sandal

The strappies were easy to measure and apply. I used them on my dress sandals, and while they didn’t completely eliminate the “clop clop” when I walked, they greatly reduced it. I was even able to adjust the strap on one side to tighten it when I realized I made it a little too loose. I felt very secure walking in my sandals while wearing them. I am really glad I found this product!

I love these because I often wear wedge sandals and they often fall off. They also help keep the back of the pants from sliding under your heel with certain shoes. I also feel if you have a tendency for plantar fasciitis it gives those little muscles in your feet a break as it keeps flip flops on and you don’t have to scrunch your toes to keep the shoe on. Great for travel, work and dressy events.

Love my GhrooV Strappies! I bought my Groov Strappies to wear with my super cute flip flops. Problem was they always flopped right off my feet.
